Scott Bradley is an invaluable resource. As the Controller of Lincoln Hall, I would like to acknowledge the efforts and professional guidance that our agency has received from Scott Bradley and Cook, Hall & Hyde. The Executive Director, Jack Flavin and I met with Scott in February, 2008. In less than one year, Scott has saved our agency a significant amount of money through the development of creative insurance programs, negotiating better deals with our insurance carriers and designing a no costs wellness program that has encouraged staff to take better care of themselves. Cook, Hall & Hyde has also delivered several programs that have enabled our HR team to focus more time on HR issues and less on employee related insurance issues. I am extremely pleased with the services Scott and his team at Cook, Hall & Hyde have delivered to Lincoln Hall and look forward to a working with them for years to come. January, 2009

We first contacted Scott Bradley of Cook Hall & Hyde to give us advice on new ways to approach our company’s contracts for health insurance. Scott is an expert on the industry and the creative alternatives available. In a one-on-one discussion, Scott was able to help me digest the myriad of options available and helped us find the best health plan that fit within our company budget and provided doctors in our geographical area. Scott is a remarkable individual. He has a strong connection to his family, to the various charitable organizations to which he contributes his time, and to his clients. If approached with a problem, Scott will go the extra mile to understand it, and give the best options he can to solve the problem.” November 22, 2008

“I first met Scott in 1992 at my previous company. I was managing benefits for ten years and after speaking with Scott regarding our welfare benefits, I knew he was quite knowledgeable. Over the past 16 years we have implemented self-insured products, minimum premium products and fully insured products depending upon what was the most cost effective for my company while still providing a good benefit plan design and/or multiple plan alternatives. He keeps abreast of market changes and studies. Scott recommends newly developed benefit add-ons that will enhance your current benefits at a no/low cost to your company. Employees really love this. I highly recommend Scott to become your Business Consultant and can assure you that by utilizing his services you will have state-of-the art welfare benefits for your employees at the best available costs.

I am the Director of Human Resources of a long standing, family owned business in upstate New York, and we hired Scott in 2007 to assist us in evaluating our antiquated benefit program and upgrade it to a more comprehensive and competitive program. Because of Scott’s level of knowledge and professionalism, we were able to go through this significant transition quite seamlessly, and as a result we have a fabulous program today. With Scott’s assistance, we are maintaining a competitive program, while continuing to monitor and control the costs of such program. I would highly recommend Scott to other companies that have similar needs.” September 29, 2008

Scott–
I am a lawyer with 30 years of experience in the health care industy. I have recently started a blog at ValueBasedPurchasing.com. I was interested in the articles you have posted. From my perspective, there are, in addition to quality concerns and payment overtones, certain legal issues which require discussion also, including fraud and abuse, HIPAA, and anti-trust issues. Please feel free to visit at ValueBasedPurchasing.com.
I look forward to your input.
Best regards, Bill Darling.
